"Remember to Breathe"

Hello, dear friends!
Do you ever have one of those days? Well this little Chickadee is having a heck of a time. It reminds me of a puppy trying to catch its tail. :)

"Patty!
When are you going to come out here and fill the feeders?"
Black Capped Chickadee
"Oh-Boy,
I love this suet!"
MouseOver no click
"Yes
I agree, this bird suet is yummy!"

The Black-Capped Chickadee hides seeds and other food items for later. Food is placed in different spots and they can remember thousands of hiding places.
"Squirrels to the left of me, squirrels to the right... they are driving me nuts!
I'm going to check the other suet feeder."
"Wow! Another squirrel!"
"I just can't seem to get a break!"

MouseOver
When things become hectic...Just take a good deep breath!
MouseOver
"I need to
remember to breathe!"

Good air in, bad air out!
" I don't understand why everyone gets so upset?"

I think they forgot....how to have fun!
MouseOver
"I'll just keep an eye on the suet feeder.
Very soon, it will be my time.

In the meantime, I think I'll get a drink of water."

"Oh, this water is probably contaminated...
and I have bags under my eyes...and my feet are dry and scaly....

STOP!

"What am I doing to myself?"

MouseOver
"Remember to breathe!

Don't get in a rush!"
"Whewww.....
This has been
quite a day.

Tomorrow,
if things go the same way, I'm not going to get so excited."

When I feel sad, irritable or when worries seep into my thoughts, I take several deep breathes. This really helps me. I work on refusing the bad stuff. Sometimes it's difficult, but I make myself do it.
When I inhale, I visualize the goodness, and on the exhale, the bad air out!

Good in, ....................Bad out! .......................Breathe!
This doesn't mean I suppress my feelings, it's a good thing to embrace the sadness and understand the badness. But I don't let it eat up my heart.
Remember to breathe! Then get busy!

We all have many things to be happy and thankful for in our lives. Remember that!
And don't forget to BREATHE!
